Buying or selling a home? Our pre-purchase/ pre-sale building inspections are thorough and reports are delivered electronically to your inbox within the week after inspection. Reports are written for a basic level of understanding, categorised with photos, observations, recommendations including areas that need to be urgently addressed.
Reports start from $500 (includes 1.5 hours for inspection, and an electronic detailed report). There is an additional cost of $65 per extra hour spent on inspection and also a travel fee will apply if the location is beyond Invercargill City boundaries.
